We are looking for a  bubbly and confident people-person to join our team.  This role is part time ,  working form home, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and can fit into school hours.  Please ensure you read the FULL ad and how to apply.

The Role: 

We’re looking for a part time customer services and administration person with an awesome personality to work 15 hours per week (School hours Wednesday, Thursday, Friday ).  This position will entail answering phones & emails as well as making outbound  calls and booking customers into the calendar.   Admin tasks will include posting on social media, managing the database and data entry.

This is a role where your bubbly persona will shine, where your love of people and connecting with others on a heart level will come into play.    A role that will satisfy your desire for organization and your love of systems.

In this role, your understanding of people and ability to ‘read’ and connect with them over the phone will be your super-power as will your incredible communication skills.

This is a work from home position (laptop & phone provided) and full training will be given.   

 

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be a problem solver who can think on your feet.

  • Be confident with learning new computer systems and processes.

  • Have a genuine love of people and ability to connect naturally with others.

  • Be results-driven and target-focused.

  • Love autonomy and taking ownership in your role.

  • Work well in a team but love working on your own and unsupervised.

  • Ideally have experience in customer services and or sales.
